Participation in MECSPE 2023 allowed us to intensify the interaction of our resources with technicians, professionals, loyal customers and new customers, this represents relationship enhancement for us, in which we invest with special attention.
See you again at the next event for sharing ideas and news!
We are grateful to Confindustria Bari and BAT for the recognition of the Confindustria Quality Alternation Seal.
Let’s build the future together!
Our Eng. Giuseppe Schiavone participated on April 8 in the webinar co-organized with Progetto Ingegneria, concerning the issues related to ‘traceability’ and ‘quality control’ as the key to the optimization of the production chain.
During the Webinar we also discovered all the advantages of using Industrial Automation and the technologies that our team of technicians and engineers makes available to all companies to improve their competitiveness in the market.
“First People then Companies” is the networking meeting organized last December 3 by the Mechanical Section of Confindustria Bari and Barletta-Andria-Trani, in which we had the pleasure to participate as Associates.
Connecting People before Companies is also the mission that Ditro Designia has always carried out with its collaborators and Partners of the production chain, dedicating itself to the achievement of increasingly challenging innovation goals.
We will always be promoters of initiatives so interesting for the progress of our territory, full of excellence to be valued.
Thanks to Federmeccanica and the Mechanics, Electrics and Electronics Section of Confindustria Bari – BAT, between June and September 2021 Ditro Designia took part in the experimental project NEW METRO, funded by Erasmus Plus, which has generated a training model addressed to the profile of the Higher Technician of Mechatronics involving our technical team in the training session focused on the competence of ‘Robotics Programming’
During the 40 hours of blended training assisted by two specialised teachers and a robot, the objective of the activity was to validate the design and development work of the training model based on WBL (Work-Based Learning), but also to confirm the possibility of delivering this training model online.
This project gave us the opportunity to significantly broaden the basic skills of our employees in a subject relevant to our business, through the experience and expertise offered by the project by linking theoretical knowledge (which can also be delivered remotely) with the possibility of putting what they have learned into practice, thereby optimising the performance of the training.
