It is with great satisfaction that we have found that the digitalisation, training and sustainability guidelines of this edition fully reflect our vision, and in these days we are participating in many special initiatives skilfully organised by Senaf.
Eco-sustainable innovation was the central theme of this edition, aimed at the most avant-garde businesses that, like Ditro Designia, want to keep up to date and train themselves on all the sector’s innovations in order to offer their customers the best performing solutions with an ever-increasing focus on the environment.
Acquiring all the training, management and technological elements to create intelligent factories is our main focus and, among the many innovations presented, our technical department was particularly involved in the speeches dedicated to the 2022 release of the Solidworks 3D CAD, which has become part of the design proposal of Ditro Designia. We were the focus of an interesting video case study presented to the audience on this prestigious occasion.
During the 40 hours of blended training assisted by two specialised teachers and a robot, the objective of the activity was to validate the design and development work of the training model based on WBL (Work-Based Learning), but also to confirm the possibility of delivering this training model online.
This project gave us the opportunity to significantly broaden the basic skills of our employees in a subject relevant to our business, through the experience and expertise offered by the project by linking theoretical knowledge (which can also be delivered remotely) with the possibility of putting what they have learned into practice, thereby optimising the performance of the training.
